Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the maintenance and operation of fire protection systems, including fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and suppression systems
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with contractors and service providers
Monitor system performance and ensure timely rectification of faults and defects
Support statutory inspections, testing, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements
Assist in the maintenance and operation of elevator and escalator systems.
Monitor elevator performance, breakdown incidents, and maintenance activities to ensure high system availability and passenger safety
Coordinate lift inspections, repairs, modernization works, and annual certification requirements
Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain maintenance records, technical documentation, and compliance certificates
Participate in facility projects involving fire protection and elevator systems
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, building services, fire protection systems, or elevator maintenance
Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Building Services, Mechanical or other rated discipline
Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Knowledge in PC skills and MS Office applications
Willingness to respond to emergency breakdowns and support after-hours maintenance activities when required
