Job Summary
Technical and Engineering - Huamak / Electricalซ่อมบำรุงรักษาและติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าในโรงงาน ทั้งระบบไฟฟ้ากำลังและระบบไฟฟ้าควบคุมเครื่องจักร เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรสามารถทำงานผลิตสินค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (Maintenance and Install electrical system including electrical power and electrical system of machine in beverage palnt in order to support effective production)
Technical and Engineering - Ayutthaya / Electrical
Control and maintain all system in below:
-Electrical system in Ayutthaya plant
-Electrical power system
-Chiller
-Electrical system of machine
Glass Plants
1. Supervise and inspect the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment within the factory.
2. Maintain equipment and perform duties as asssigned by supervisors.
Job Description:
Technical and Engineering - Huamak / Electrical
1.) การซ่อมบำรุงและแก้ไขเครื่องจักรตามแจ้งซ่อมและแก้ไข tag record
2.) งานดูแลและบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์
3.) งานติดตั้งและปรับปรุงดัดแปลงเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์
4.) งานซ่อมแซมและแก้ไขเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์หน่วยงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ร้องขอ
Technical and Engineering - Ayutthaya / Electrical
1.) Control and maintain high and low voltage system for safety and follow PM plan
2.) Control and maintain electrical system of machine to get fully performance and follow PM plan
3.) Control and maintain chiller and follow PM plan
4.) Control and repair the machine according to job order and machine break down
5.) Able to teach all knowledge of every system or to be a Key Instructure
6.) Participate 5S activity in area of responsibility
Glass Plants
1. Repair electrical equipment according to the system : Batch plant, Furnace, IS Machine, LEHR.
2. Inspect and maintain electrical systems used in factory operation, including safty and cleanliness of electrical system.
3. Troubleshoot and check the performance of machine/equipment : Batch plant, furnance, IS Machine, LEHR, Generator, and water pump regularly.
4. Repair electrical equipment, utility, and supporting equipment witchin the factory.
5. Participate in system activitys such as ISO, GMPs/HACCP, and other management system.
6. Perform general duties and activityes assigned witchin the factory, support production, comply with safety and enviromental regulation, and follow supervisor's instructions.
7. Participate in activityes assigned by supervisors.
