As a Central FP&A Analyst, you'll help turn financial data into insights that shape decisions across our Africa business. Working closely with finance, supply chain, commercial and other functional teams, you'll support planning, forecasting and performance reporting that enables leaders to make informed decisions with confidence. Your analysis will help identify opportunities, highlight risks and provide a clearer view of the drivers behind business performance.

This is a role where curiosity, commercial thinking and strong analytical skills can make a real impact on how we grow and succeed across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver meaningful financial insights that help leaders understand performance, identify trends and make better business decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities across Africa, helping the business stay focused on its growth ambitions.
• Create clear, accurate and timely reporting that brings key financial metrics and performance drivers to life.
• Partner with teams across finance and the wider business to understand results, challenge assumptions and support strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial models and analysis that provide valuable insight into revenue, costs, margins and profitability trends.
• Improve the quality, accuracy and integrity of financial information while supporting reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or a related discipline, alongside an ACA qualification.
• Experience in finance, accounting, FP&A or business analysis.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Confidence working with large data sets and transforming information into meaningful insights.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with experience using ERP systems such as SAP.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial performance to a range of stakeholders.
• A curious, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
