The candidate must be willing to HYBRID work arrangement in Quezon City, following a NIGHT SHIFT schedule.
The Verifications Specialist supports the organization by ensuring inventory levels are addressed on a daily basis through diligent and effective lead closure. The Verification Specialist will focus on adjudicating cases based on knowledge of client specifications and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) guidelines by applying thorough, analytical measures to ensuring leads are closed in accordance with the organizational service levels. Applies detail-oriented and critical thinking skills to ensure quality control and inventory levels are met daily.
The candidate must be willing to WORK ONSITE in Quezon City, following a NIGHT SHIFT schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities
Review and release leads to clients using knowledge of Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), client matrices, and Cisive policy. Review disclosures if applicable and apply advanced FCRA knowledge
Perform outbound calls to verify information of the clients’ candidates.
Utilize keen sense of detail to ensure lead reporting is consistent and accurate. Ensure lead notes are clear, concise and without error.
At the discretion of management, actively participate in the dispute process by performing work or depending upon complexity
Note missing requirements in the internal case notes if any documents are missing
Ensures processes meet applicable Federal guidelines and requirements
Review work produced by vendors and support team to ensure accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality and exhibit reliable attendance in accordance with organizational and departmental policies.
Proactively address inventory levels on a daily basis through coordination and communication with leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2-3 years experience in a similar role requiring strong analytical performance is a strong advantage
Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course, preferred.
Excellent computer skills – MS Word, Excel and Internet.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have strong time management skills, the ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to partner effectively with a variety of business partners.
Receptive to coaching and feedback, focusing on building self-development areas.
