A Typical Day
After a quick check of tools, meter-related equipment, and paperwork, you head into the field and stay in contact as priorities shift. Between stops, you document work completed, confirm readings and account details, and update records. You’ll spend most of the day outdoors, moving between locations, managing time carefully, and keeping an eye on site conditions—weather changes, access issues, and the occasional dog. When planned work runs long or an urgent situation comes up, you adjust and finish the day by closing out notes and preparing for tomorrow.
