We have an immediate opening for a Machine Tender.

1st shift Monday through Friday

Pay rate $20 - $21

5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain conveyor parameters as product completes adhesion process.
2. Ensure product quality and adjust timing as needed by production demand.
3. Log labor and material used in the production of product.
4. Use assisted lifting techniques (winches or clasps) to load/unload product.
5. Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in designated work areas.
6. React positively to change and
7. Able to work overtime as necessary.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months manufacturing or warehouse experience and/or equivalent education, training, or experience in job-related activities.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Demonstrate effective team and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform assisted lifts and/or push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to cross-train in other functional areas.
• This position requires good attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Reliable attendance is a must.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
