---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Controllership Analyst WORK SETUP: Hybrid OVERALL PURPOSE: The role is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely execution of tax, PEZA, international taxation, and related compliance activities, including tax returns, reports, reconciliations, audit schedules, government submissions, and process documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Preparation of tax computations and endorsement to reviewer and approver before filing – ITR, EWT, FWT, WTW, VAT, FBT and others • Handle tax accounting activities, including preparation of income tax entries, tax disclosures in the financial statements, and related tax accounting schedules. • Assist Country Tax team in disposing tax queries from third party consultants related to Tax operations • Prepare Global Tax Reporting requirements through OneSource – Forecast, Provision, True-Up and Others • Provide international taxation support for countries such as Czech Republic, Greece, Indonesia, and others, as needed, including preparation of tax schedules and forms, coordination on tax reporting and compliance requirements, and related documentation. • Respond to stakeholders’ tax queries • Respond to tax queries from other Accenture departments – RTP, RTR, Treasury, CFM and Others • Recommend adjusting entries related to taxes • Handle preparation of various schedules and working papers for BIR audits • Reconciliation of various tax accounts for the current year (returns vs. books) • Handle and ensure compliance with LGU on tax/permits processing (PEZA 2% share and business permit application/renewal)/ as needed – for closed/new Accenture sites • Provide?support, needed information/input to PEZA?and?Tax in relation to their government reporting.? • Create,?maintain?and?close SAP tables?and?charge codes with respect to?compliance?support?activities.? • In charge of file maintenance for tax returns filed and applicable working papers (to store files in Tax Compliance designated shared drive), coordinate with Records Management (RM) for e-data archiving • Identify and participate in process improvements and initiatives • Document process improvements and process flows • Others – adhoc reports OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • With 1-3 years relevant experience in accounting/controllership, financial reporting, or audit • Hands on experience with journal entry preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end/period-end close activities • Familiarity with SAP is required • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, i.e., pivot, formulas, lookups, and reconciliation analysis • CPA is preferred, NOT required • Experience working in a shared services or global finance environment is preferred, NOT required
