What you will do:
Ongoing analysis/entry/maintenance/validation of costing data for new and existing products
Working within the business to ensure the accuracy and integrity of costing elements including the ability to timely troubleshoot any issues.
Respond and manage inquiries from stakeholders through a formal process of validation and approvals
Follow standard operating procedures/templates for entering and managing costing
Impact analysis aiding in strategic decision making
Managing and executing special pricing agreements and vendor specific promotions in a timely manner
Investigate PO Discrepancies and work with both internal and external stakeholder for a resolution
Work with multiple software applications such as AS-400, MS Access, MS Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook to support daily costing functions.
What you will bring:
Post-Secondary education in Business, Information Technology or related field preferred
Experience in data analysis and/or data processing, Operations or Supply Planning
Strong analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
Detailed oriented
Self-motivated and energetic
Team oriented
Bi-lingual in English and French asset
