Saturday and Sunday 1200 PM - 630 PM
Starting Pay is $23.00 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or property conditions.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, communicate professionally with building occupants and management, and report security-related observations through required documentation.
- Support a professional environment by maintaining awareness of site activity and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
