Description
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage the metal pipe production line efficiently and safely.
Supervise a team of three (one welder and two packers) to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor machine performance, conduct routine checks, and report technical issues promptly.
Ensure quality and quantity output meets company standards and production targets.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the production area in compliance with industrial regulations.
Assist in equipment setup, calibration, and minor maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product specifications are met.
Record daily production data and report deviations or downtime.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in production line operations.
Strong ability to manage and supervise teams effectively.
Proven responsibility for quality control and productivity.
Technical expertise in metal pipe manufacturing processes preferred.
Basic understanding of machine troubleshooting and safety protocols.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and maintain consistent output under pressure.
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: Minimum €1000 per month (negotiable based on qualifications and performance).
