Aspire Allergy & Sinus is a growing group of highly experienced Allergists, Surgeons, Advanced Practice Providers, and Support Teams with more than 60 clinics across Texas, Florida, New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado.
We are looking for a clinically experienced, relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Provider Relations Specialist serving the Midland/Odessa market.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN, LVN, or other experienced healthcare professional who is ready to transition from direct patient care into a sales and relationship-focused career.

- Able to work independently, manage a territory, and consistently follow up with referral partners
- Interested in using your healthcare experience in a relationship-driven sales career outside of traditional bedside or clinic nursing
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, providers, practice managers, nurses, and referral teams throughout the Midland/Odessa medical community
- Leverage your existing healthcare knowledge and professional network to identify and develop new referral relationships
- Meet face-to-face with family medicine, internal medicine, pediatric, and other healthcare practices with strong referral potential
- Educate providers and their teams on Aspire Allergy & Sinus services, treatments, and patient care options
- Develop long-term relationships with referral sources and become a trusted resource for their teams
- Coordinate provider introductions, meet-and-greets, breakfasts, lunches, and other relationship-building opportunities
- Generate patient referrals and contribute directly to growth within your assigned market
- Consistently achieve established outreach, activity, and referral-growth goals
- Use Salesforce to track provider relationships, interactions, opportunities, and follow-up activities
- Partner closely with Aspire providers, clinic teams, Marketing, and the Director of Provider Relations
- Regularly visit Aspire clinics within your market to maintain strong relationships with our internal teams and gather feedback
- Represent Aspire professionally throughout the local healthcare community
Requirements
- RN or LVN clinical experience strongly preferred; other relevant healthcare backgrounds will be considered
- Existing professional relationships within the Midland/Odessa healthcare market strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to execute sales presentations on Aspire Allergy & Sinus medical services and treatments to healthcare providers and their staff
- Ability to establish long term relationships with referral sources
- Ability to work autonomously to accomplish goals and meet KPI targets
- Ability to effectively educate and communicate medical services and treatments to healthcare providers and their staff
- Independently generate patient referrals and drive business growth
- Basic proficiency with Salesforce is a plus but not required
- Must have registered and insured motor vehicle and proof of liability insurance
- Valid State Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to travel to areas of your assigned region
