We are looking for an empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary touchpoint for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt, helpful, and compassionate support. Beyond simply solving issues, your goal is to build strong relationships, foster loyalty, and deliver exceptional experiences across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide clear, effective solutions or escalations.
- Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service issues with patience, empathy, and high emotional intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, sales) to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.
- Identify patterns in recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or client-facing roles.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Soft Skills:
High level of empathy, active listening, patience, problem-solving mindset, and stress tolerance.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools.
Work Style:
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of accountability.
