Luxembourg
Are you a curious, solution-oriented student with a strong interest in the intersection of business and technology? Do you want hands-on experience in Technology Strategy & Transformation within Accenture Digital Core, while working on real transformation topics for leading clients in Luxembourg? Then this internship might be the right next step for you.
Your Role
As a Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) Intern, you will be part of a multidisciplinary Accenture project team, supporting clients in technology-driven reinvention. You will work closely with consultants and managers, contributing to both client-facing and internal initiatives.
Your activities may include:
Supporting transformation projects at the intersection of business, technology, data and AI, with a strong focus on Financial Services, Capital Markets and the Public Sector
Assisting in technology strategy, digital core transformation and IT transformation engagements
Contributing to data and AI topics, such as data strategy, data management, data governance and responsible AI
Supporting technology modernization, system rollouts and change initiatives, including preparation of materials, analyses and coordination activities
Assisting with architecture-related work, such as documenting current technology landscapes or contributing to architecture blueprints and roadmaps
Supporting CIO, CTO and CDO priorities, including maturity assessments, target operating models, value cases and roadmap development
Helping connect technology choices to business value, costs and measurable outcomes
Translating strategic concepts into practical use cases and tangible deliverables for clients
Helping teams structure insights, prepare presentations and communicate complex topics clearly
Supporting transformation delivery and change activities, such as structuring deliverables, tracking progress and preparing workshops or steering materials
Throughout the internship, you will have room to show initiative, bring new ideas and continuously develop your consulting and technology skills.
Your Team
You will join Accenture Digital Core, where we help clients reinvent their digital foundations by bringing together technology strategy and architecture, AI and data, applications, cloud, infrastructure and security. Within Digital Core, Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) leads at the intersection of business and technology to turn strategic ambition into measurable client value.
Our work spans industry technology strategy and architecture, digital foundations, strategic technology effectiveness and technology transformation delivery. We help clients define the direction, design the target state and translate strategy into executable transformation roadmaps.
In Luxembourg, we work closely with local and international clients, especially in banking, capital markets and financial services, while drawing on Accenture’s global Digital Core capabilities, ecosystem partners and multidisciplinary teams.
Your Background
Final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, IT or a related field
Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative information into clear insights
Strong interest in consulting, technology, AI and technology-driven business transformation
Basic understanding of AI and generative AI concepts, or a strong willingness to learn about agentic technologies and responsible AI
Interest in enterprise architecture, digital platforms, cloud, data and modern technology landscapes
Interest in connecting technology choices to business value, costs and measurable outcomes
Curious, proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly grasp new business and technology concepts
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders
Organized and comfortable working independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams
Comfortable using PowerPoint and Excel; exposure to data visualization, process modelling, architecture tools or AI productivity tools is a plus
Ideally some exposure to or interest in Financial Services or Capital Markets
Fluent in English; French or German is required; Luxembourgish is a plus
Available for a 4–6 month full-time internship in Luxembourg
