Position: Salesforce Developer
Location: Lisbon/Oporto - Hybrid
Job Summary: As a Mid-Level Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders and senior developers to understand requirements and design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components;
- Designing and implementing Salesforce solutions based on business requirements;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions;
- Performing code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed;
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Salesforce applications;
- Implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems;
- Writing and executing unit and integration tests;
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation;
- Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies;
- Mentoring and coaching junior developers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
- 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development;
- Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components;
- Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration;
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools;
- Experience with source control management tools such as Git;
- Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and senior developers;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Salesforce certification is a plus.
