We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is organized, personable, and ready to make a difference. In this role, you’ll be an important connection between our customers, sales team, and operations team helping make sure orders are accurate, questions are answered, and projects stay on track. If you’re a natural multitasker who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service, we’d like to meet you! 

Pay Range: $19.00–$21.00/hour DOE 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Requirements

• Process customer orders, quotes, and change notices for the manufacturing of glass shower and bath enclosures accurately and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers by providing friendly, responsive, and professional service.
• Partner with our Sales and Operations teams to track orders and coordinate special product or order requests.
• Answer and direct customer phone calls and emails to the appropriate Hartung team members.
• Follow up on customer needs and help ensure a smooth experience from order to completion.
• Perform general office and administrative duties as needed.
• Be a dependable team player who contributes to a positive and successful work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in an office or customer service role.
• Experience in the glass, construction, banking, or related industries is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of self-motivation.
• Comfortable with basic math, computers, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a busy environment.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to helping the team succeed.
