As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a key role in connecting talented people with meaningful career opportunities.
You'll be at the centre of the recruitment journey, partnering with leaders to attract great talent, coordinate seamless hiring experiences, and welcome new team members into the business; with every interaction you have bringing our purpose to life, creating positive experiences that make a difference for Pets, People and the Planet.
What You'll Influence...
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, partnering with leaders to source, assess, interview and present high-quality talent that supports the ongoing success of Petstock Group.
- Deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience, ensuring every candidate and stakeholder interaction reflects our making a positive impact on Pets, People ,Planet.
- Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and future workforce growth.
- Elevate our employer brand through engaging attraction strategies, sourcing initiatives and exceptional candidate experiences.
- Use recruitment insights, data and market trends to support informed hiring decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition and People initiatives that enhance capability, strengthen processes and support business growth.
- Bring our employer brand to life through recruitment marketing campaigns, talent attraction initiatives and storytelling.
What you'll bring to the team...
- Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, human resources or a similar people-focused role.
- Hold a qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
- Love building meaningful relationships and connecting great people with great opportunities.
- Have experience using recruitment systems, HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bring strong written communication skills and can confidently prepare professional correspondence and recruitment documentation.
- Have a solid understanding of contemporary recruitment practices and employment legislation.
- Communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Take pride in delivering outstanding experiences for both candidates and hiring leaders.
Bonus points if you have...
- Experience supporting recruitment in a retail, multi-site or volume hiring environment.
- Exposure to Workday or a similar Applicant Tracking System.
- Experience with sourcing, talent pooling or employer branding initiatives.
