Job Description Summary
The Reporting Analyst is a vital member of the Office of the CEO- Performance Services. Under indirect supervision, the Reporting Analyst works independently amongst stakeholders and leaders, and across the enterprise to support decision making, strategy, performance improvement, and other key operational goals through valid, relevant, and quality decision support reports, dashboards, and other tools. This position develops and maintains analytical resources for the MUSC Medical Center to support leadership in strategic decision making and ongoing optimization of organizational performance. This role interacts with the leaders to identify new opportunities for reporting and analysis based on their ability to consult with these stakeholders and determine gaps in leadership’s ability to effectively make decisions.Entity
