Spasimir Arsov  is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

• Maintaining a complete software asset inventory ensures accurate tracking of all software assets across the organization.
• Monitoring license entitlements, allocations and usage keeps licensing information up to date and compliant.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing agreements maintains adherence to vendor requirements such as Microsoft, Adobe and Oracle.
• Optimizing software usage helps prevent under‑licensing, over‑licensing and unnecessary costs.
• Supporting software contract negotiations and renewals contributes to favorable terms and cost efficiency.
• Preparing for internal and external software audits ensures readiness with complete and accurate documentation.
• Maintaining documentation and audit trails keeps license records, purchase history and usage data organized.
• Identifying opportunities to reduce software costs supports reclaiming unused licenses and optimizing spend.
• Creating dashboards and reports provides stakeholders with clear insights into usage, compliance and savings.
• Collaborating with legal and procurement teams ensures vendor contracts include accurate licensing clauses.
• Leading an international team guides a global group of around ten members toward operational excellence.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Strong analytical skills that help you generate meaningful reports and insights.
• Understanding of ITIL processes that supports effective IT Asset and Configuration Management.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills that allow you to convey information clearly.
• Very good command of English in both written and spoken form.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in technical or IT asset management environments.
• Strong people‑management skills including delegation, performance monitoring, coaching and conflict resolution.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members to maintain high engagement and productivity.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities that help manage workload and priorities effectively.
• Clear decision‑making and direction setting when addressing challenges or guiding the team.
• Experience with cross‑functional collaboration that aligns team goals with organizational objectives.

Nice to Have:

• Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation or Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM).
• Experience in large or international organizations that helps navigate complex operational environments.
• Knowledge of financial or budgeting processes that supports cost planning and forecasting.
• Experience with process automation or CMDB integrations that enhances efficiency and data accuracy.
