As a Graphic & Packaging Designer (Sales Liaise) you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced team of designers and B2B Sales Team to create visually stunning and functional presentations, product images and "sell sheets", store displays and planograms. This position will provide hands-on experience in Graphic Design, Adobe's Creative Suite, AI, Microsoft PowerPoint, 3D modeling, industrial design, store displays, planograms within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing creative and innovative presentations, product imaging and product "sell" sheets for B2B sales team, in order to enhance new business development efforts.

- Collaborate with our Sales Team and design team to create 3D models and renderings of in-store displays and planograms.

- Assist in developing innovative and space-efficient store layout solutions.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative display ideas.

- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in retail merchandising.

Qualifications:

- Graduation from a top design school
- 1-3 years of graphic design experience (in the consumer products industry)

- Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) required
- Knowledge and experience with 3D modeling software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and or Key-shot) a plus.

- Highly creative with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Passion for retail design and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
