Service and Counter Staff with Cooking Experience (40-60%)

Following our overwhelmingly successful launch at Zurich HB, we've continued to grow through pop-up locations across Zurich while establishing our permanent home in Baden. As Foldini expands, we're looking for passionate people to join our team and be part of the journey.

**Job Location:** Baden & Zürich

**Capacity:** 40-60%

**Employment Type:** Unlimited contract

## Tasks

**The job you'll be doing:**

You’ll be the welcoming face of Foldini — taking orders, guiding customers, managing the till, and keeping the service flow smooth and friendly. Your goal: create a warm, efficient, and memorable experience for every guest.

**Responsibilities and tasks that you master:**

• Take customer orders and operate the cash register
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service
• Support with serving and packaging dishes
• Keep the counter and service area clean and organized
• Assist with restocking and other operational tasks
• Cook on occasion outside peak hours

## Requirements

• **Skills, experience and qualifications that you bring with you:**
• Experience in customer service or cashier work (hospitality is a must), cooking experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a warm, reliable attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility for shift work, weekends, and busy periods
• Languages: German and/or English. Italian is considered a plus but not essential
