The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join the team in St. Louis City, MO. 

 

The selected candidate will serve as a Senior Contracts Manager for the MQ-25 and C-40 programs. This position will be a member of the United States Navy/United States Marine Corp (USN/USMC) Contracts leadership team. In this role you will be responsible for leading your team and partnering with the programs you support. This position will be located at the Cortex building in St. Louis, MO.

 

Position Responsibilities:

 

• Manages employees engaged in Contract Management Specialist activities
• Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
• Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of specialists and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Manages, develops and motivates employees

 

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. 

 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Willing to travel domestically up to 20% of the time
• 5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions and initiatives
• 5+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts in programs with multiple customers and multiple contract types, such as: general terms agreements, assignment agreements, nondisclosure agreements, purchase and sale agreements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

• Master’s Degree or higher
• 10+ years of experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
• 5+ years of experience directly managing a project, team, or organization
• Experience in teaching, coaching, and developing others

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $139,400 – $188,600
