Regional Marketing Manager - Financial Services

As the Regional Marketing Manager - Financial Services, you will drive a coordinated marketing program across EMEA. Partnering closely with Sales and regional marketing teams, you will accelerate pipeline progression, enhance internal communication, and maximize the impact of regional and global marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of Financial Services events, including planning, logistics, and ROI analysis
• Direct Financial Services tracks at flagship Accelerate events, managing speaker recruitment and executive dinners
• Coordinate with Regional Marketing Managers to deliver localized webinars and field events across EMEA
• Maintain the master FSI events calendar to ensure seamless regional program alignment
• Develop event briefs and targeted account lists to optimize Sales follow-up and lead management
• Maintain the centralized Financial Services marketing playbook and Highspot content systems
• Adapt global campaign materials for regional FSI engagement alongside Digital teams
• Align priority accounts with relevant content and executive engagement programs
• Establish repeatable processes and templates to scale FSI marketing operations across EMEA
• Facilitate pipeline calls while tracking engagement and progression under direction of the Senior Regional Marketing Manager
• Execute internal communications, including the FSI newsletter and stakeholder updates
• Manage budget tracking, purchase orders, and supplier administration for EMEA FSI programs

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in field marketing, campaign marketing, sales enablement, or a closely related role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, activities, and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a B2B SaaS environment
• Exposure to Financial Services marketing
• Experience supporting account-based marketing, events, or pipeline programs
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and Highspot
• Experience working across Sales and Regional, Digital, and Global Marketing teams

Travel Requirement & Working Conditions

• Up to 30% travel required
• Reliable internet access for remote work periods
