As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge procedures, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment while supporting daily operations through teamwork and integrity. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Valid Driver's License

• All candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the Australian Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is essential for roles that require driving as part of job responsibilities.
• Candidates may be required to provide a copy of their driver's license during the application process.

Access Control/Badge Experience

• Candidates must demonstrate experience with access control systems and badge management (B201). This includes familiarity with security protocols and procedures related to employee access within the workplace.
• Relevant experience should be detailed in the candidate's resume or application form.

Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet

• Candidates should be comfortable using computers or tablets (B204) for daily tasks, including but not limited to email communication, data entry, and software applications relevant to their role.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills will be assessed during the interview process.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Staff the front desk and serve as a professional first point of contact, greeting visitors, verifying identification, managing visitor access, and directing guests according to site procedures.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from a stationary post; report unusual activity, access concerns, and equipment issues according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events accurately.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with client personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while completing required logs, reports, and administrative duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
