Mission
The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of Alpin Haus's marketing efforts, from customer engagement and social media to website accuracy and cross-departmental coordination. This is an entry-level role well suited to a detail-oriented, proactive communicator looking to build a foundation in dealership and multi-location marketing.

Salary
$45,000-$55,000

Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, some Saturday work may be required for company events

Outcomes
Successful candidates will:

• Manage and triage requests submitted through the internal marketing ticket system, ensuring tasks are completed on time and stakeholders are kept informed of status
• Monitor and respond to Google reviews and other customer feedback channels promptly, professionally, and in a tone consistent with the Alpin Haus brand
• Create and schedule engaging content - reels, RV walkthroughs, staff photos, and similar posts - for organic social media and website; support community engagement and basic performance tracking across platforms
• Assist with marketing and product data entry, including adding and maintaining product listings on the e-commerce store, and help ensure information stays accurate and up to date across marketing systems and reports
• Audit and update website content on a regular basis to ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all locations and domains
• Serve as a coordination point between the marketing team and the sales, service, and parts departments to gather promotional information and support campaign needs
• Work with product line manufacturers to stay current on programs, products, and industry content

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Associate’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar field preferred
• 1 year of related marketing experience, which may include internships, coursework, or professional work experience
• Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software desirable

Competencies

• Working knowledge of social media platforms and current marketing best practices
• Proficient working with basic productivity software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven organizational skills and close attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities within a team-oriented and fast-paced environment

Physical and Environmental Conditions

• Talking and hearing, repetitive hand motion, using hands to grasp, reaching with arms/hands, and visual acuity, are required.
• No exposure to adverse environmental conditions; work is performed in a typical office environment.
