We're seeking a Payroll Associate Analyst to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for Australia and New Zealand, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, industrial agreements, company policies, and contractual obligations.

In this role, you will provide insightful payroll reporting and analysis to support the management team, identify trends, and highlight key issues. You will also deliver exceptional customer service by assisting employees with payroll-related queries and concerns

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with payroll schedules and regulations.
• Serve as the SME for Kronos and Affinity, supporting system queries, testing, and process improvements.
• Maintain employee payroll records, leave entitlements, and compliance with industrial agreements and policies.
• Provide timely reporting, audit support, and payroll assistance for HR, Finance, and management teams.
• Deliver excellent employee support by resolving payroll queries promptly and accurately

Qualifications

About you:

• 5+ years of payroll experience in a large, complex multinational environment, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong end-to-end payroll expertise, including interpretation of multiple Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs).
• Proficiency in payroll and workforce management systems, preferably Affinity and Kronos.
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills, with high attention to detail and strong compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
