Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

1. Commercial Training Strategy / 商业培训战略

• Develop and execute annual commercial training plans aligned with business strategy and priorities
• Identify capability gaps through performance data, field observation, and stakeholder input
• Align local training initiatives with regional or global commercial frameworks

• 制定并实施年度商业培训计划，确保与公司整体商业战略一致
• 基于业务绩效数据、一线观察和关键干系人反馈识别能力差距
• 确保本土培训项目与区域/全球商业培训框架对齐

2. Training Design & Delivery / 培训设计与实施

• Design and deliver business, product, and soft‑skill training programs (e.g. selling skills, negotiation, account management)
• Develop blended learning solutions including classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job training
• Lead new hire onboarding programs and certification processes

• 设计并实施业务技能、产品知识及软技能培训（如业务技巧、谈判能力、客户管理）
• 开发混合式学习解决方案，包括面授、线上及在岗辅导
• 负责新员工入职培训及认证体系的设计与实施

3. Field Coaching & Capability Building / 一线辅导与能力建设

• Conduct field coaching, accompany business visits, and provide structured feedback
• Coach business managers on effective coaching skills and performance management
• Support development of a coaching culture within the commercial organization

• 辅导业务经理提升教练式管理与绩效辅导能力
• 推动并巩固商业团队的教练文化

4. Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement / 培训评估与持续改进

• Measure training effectiveness and business impact using qualitative and quantitative metrics
• Collect feedback and continuously optimize training content and methodology
• Track training completion, certification status, and competency progress

• 通过定性与定量指标评估培训效果及业务影响
• 收集反馈并持续优化培训内容与形式
• 跟踪培训完成情况、认证进度及能力发展水平

5. Cross‑functional Collaboration / 跨部门协作

• Partner with Business, Marketing, Medical, Market Access and Commercial Excellence teams
• Collaborate with regional/global training teams for content adaptation and rollout
• Support major product launches and strategic initiatives

• 与业务、市场、医学,市场准入及商业卓越等团队紧密合作
• 与区域/全球培训团队协作，进行培训内容本土化及推广
• 支持重大产品上市及关键战略项目

Qualifications & Experience / 任职资格

• Bachelor’s degree or above; business, life sciences, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in business, business management, or commercial training within medical device/pharma/ life sciences industry
• Strong understanding of B2B selling models and distributor management
• Proven training design, facilitation, and coaching capability

• 本科及以上学历，商业、生命科学或相关专业优先
• 5 年以上医疗器械 /药企/ 生命科学行业业务、业务管理或商业培训经验
• 熟悉 B2B 业务模式，具备渠道/经销商管理经验者优先
• 具备成熟的培训设计、授课与教练能力

• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Strategic thinking with hands‑on execution capability
• Influence without authority and strong stakeholder management
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel as required
