Buyer - Intern

We’re looking for a motivated Buyer - Intern who will provide day to day operational support to the Supply team. This role supports administrative and follow up activities across multiple sites, helping experienced buyers focus on critical initiatives such as supplier management, process improvement, and cross site collaboration.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
o    Support daily purchasing activities such as order confirmations, purchase order follow up, and status updates
o    Prepare waste pick up notices and maintain purchasing and supplier documentation
o    Support purchase order creation or release and assist with NCR or deviation documentation
o    Run basic Excel reports (open purchase orders, availability, coverage) and support data accuracy
o    Assist with cross site collaboration activities
o    Support preparation activities for ERP implementation in another site of the company, including data validation and cleaning
o    Prepare basic meeting minutes and simple presentations as required
o    Gradually take responsibility for smaller suppliers after completion of training

YOU HAVE:
o    Academic background as a university student in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a similar field
o    Strong interest in purchasing and supply chain activities
o    Intermediate level of English
o    Good Excel skills
o    Structured, organized, and diligent working style
