About the Unit
- 14 Beds
- 1:4 nurse patient ratio
- 7A-7P (3 twelve-hour shift with every other weekend)
- Primary Population: Consist of cancer patients, cancer related treatments, benign, hematology, chronic and acute diseases

The Must-Haves
Minimum:
Graduated or graduating from an accredited ADN/BSN or MSN degree nursing program
Temporary/Permanent nursing license to practice in Louisiana OR Multistate License as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing
Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
