Job Description:

• Org. Development / Strategic Advisory: Design and implement OD initiatives, including performance management/evaluation, succession planning, and competency frameworks.
• Culture Development & Policy Compliance: Foster a positive & inclusive culture; Create and Implement Policies in line with best HR Practices.
• Employer Branding: Build a strong presence on Social Media Platforms to get higher retention rates, better productivity, and a competitive edge in finding the right candidates.
• Performance Evaluation & Management: Drive a robust performance management framework that fosters accountability, continuous feedback, and a culture of growth and excellence. Develop training programs, manage employee career pathways, and acquire best fits for the organization. Lead end-to-end performance evaluation cycles, ensuring fair, transparent, and development-focused appraisals across all levels.
• HR Technology & Operations: Oversee HRIS and implement best suitable tools/applications to manage and track staff productivity.

 

• Experience: Min. 5-7 years post-qualification experience in the above-mentioned domains.
• Qualifications & Skills:
  • Graduated in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
  • Preferably holding a SHRM/CPID Certification.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, drive change.
  • Excellent Communication and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
