Your Responsibilities
To ensure an optimal experience and quality of service for our clients, we are looking to strengthen our dedicated French customer support team.
- First Point of Contact: Accompany clients in using our products and services, from understanding their initial request through to full resolution.
- Needs Analysis: Evaluate client inquiries to quickly identify their requirements and deliver clear, efficient, and tailored solutions.
- Technical Support: Assist clients with diverse technical issues and guide them through using our suite of products and services.
- Quality Communication: Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication, adapting your tone and technical level to each client's expertise.
- Value Addition: Identify relevant opportunities to introduce complementary products or services that genuinely fit client needs.
- Client Retention: Use your adaptability, patience, and customer-first mindset to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and share knowledge to support the team's overall performance.
- Continuous Learning: Maintain autonomy and curiosity to stay up to date with evolving products, technologies, and internal tools.

- You have knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments such as Debian, Ubuntu, etc.
- You are familiar with LAMP development environments and/or web technologies and languages such as HTML, PHP, databases, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.
- Curious about new technologies, you are keen to explore, experiment and discover the latest developments in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- You enjoy understanding problems, investigating their causes and finding solutions.
- You are dynamic and keen to play an active role in your team’s development.
- You are an excellent listener and are comfortable interacting with clients.
- You have very good communication skills, both spoken and written, and know how to adapt your approach to suit the person you are speaking to.
- You are patient, curious, adaptable and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You are comfortable with the commercial side of things and know how to identify a relevant solution or product whilst prioritising the client’s actual needs.
- Fluency in English and/or German would be an advantage.
