  • Partner with brand, marketing, sales leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop workshops, content, and key training deliverables for national meetings and other major training events.

  • Ensure field pull-through is consistently aligned to brand strategy, training priorities, and regional business needs.

  • Gather and share continuous feedback with the Commercial Training & Development team to inform future curriculum, content, and field support needs.

  • Mentor early career team members by modeling strong training practices, providing practical guidance, and supporting their professional development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life science, adult learning, education, business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Five or more years of training experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging, practical, and creative training content for field-based teams.

  • Experience designing and delivering virtual training, distance learning, and learning management system-based programs.

  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, PDF tools, editing software, and other platforms used to create and deliver training materials.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across brand, marketing, sales leadership, compliance, review committee, and training teams.

  • Strong performance history in a prior commercial, training, marketing, or related role.

  • Ability to travel less than 10% for Train the Trainer sessions, National Sales Meeting activities, and other home office or field-based training events.

Preferred Qualifications:
