GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the Program Manager, this position is responsible for the coordination of the resident rotation schedules and for maintaining and executing all affiliation agreements for their educational rotations. The Scheduling Coordinator assists in the planning and organization of the educational noon conference schedule and the resident application interview process, as well as providing other administrative support.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Demonstrates ability to manage and implement change positively and effectively.
Assists in completion of performance improvement activities.
Receives consistent positive performance feedback from students, residents, staff and community contacts.
Documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year of clerical or customer service experience.
Proficiency in all Microsoft applications and internet-based programs.
