Description:

The Worldwide Supply Chain Operations team is responsible for driving end-to-end execution across HP’s Accessories portfolio, ensuring alignment between business objectives, supply chain strategy, inventory optimisation, and customer delivery performance.

This position is part of the Worldwide Supply Chain Operations organisation and serves as the primary operational focal point for the Docks business, with dedicated accountability for Europe and Asia market execution.

The successful candidate will partner with Business Units, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Market Operations, and Regional Sales Operations teams to maximise revenue attainment, optimise inventory, improve customer experience, and drive operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong analytical skills, business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence decisions across a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Business and Revenue Execution:

  • Drive execution of worldwide Docks business priorities with a primary focus on Europe and Asia.

  • Support quarterly and annual revenue attainment through proactive order and supply management.

  • Partner with regional and worldwide stakeholders to identify risks and secure execution of strategic opportunities.

  • Lead operational reviews and escalations impacting revenue, customer commitments, or business objectives.

End-to-End Supply Chain Operations:

  • Manage operational execution across the Docks portfolio from supply availability through customer delivery.

  • Drive backlog management, order prioritisation, allocation strategies, and recovery plans.

  • Coordinate activities across Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics and Market Operations teams.

  • Ensure alignment between worldwide strategy and regional market requirements.

Inventory and Lifecycle Management:

  • Drive inventory optimisation initiatives while balancing customer fulfilment and revenue objectives.

  • Manage inventory exposure, excess and obsolete risks, aging inventory, and site balancing opportunities.

  • Lead operational execution associated with New Product Introductions (NPI), End of Manufacturing (EM), End of Service (ES) and End of Life (EOL) transitions.

  • Develop strategies to maximise inventory consumption and minimise cancellations during lifecycle transitions.

Performance Management and Business Analytics:

  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators including:

    • Revenue attainment

    • Backlog health

    • Inventory levels and Weeks of Supply

    • Customer fulfilment performance

    • Factory execution

    • Logistics performance

    • Inventory aging and E&O exposure

  • Perform root-cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and business partners.

Operational Excellence and Transformation:

  • Drive process improvements and standardisation across regions and functions.

  • Support strategic transformation and supply chain initiatives.

  • Leverage digital tools, automation and analytics to improve operational performance.

  • Develop and share best practices across the worldwide organisation.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • Significant experience in Supply Chain Operations, Planning, Fulfilment, or Business Operations.

  • Experience managing complex, global supply chain environments.

  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to balance customer, revenue, and inventory objectives.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed global environment.

  • Strong project management and operational execution skills.

  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive decisions across multiple organisations.
