Defines the employee listening research agenda, establishes methodologies and governance standards, and translates employee voice into enterprise-level insights that inform people strategy, leader action, and business outcomes. This role uses AI responsibly to deepen insight generation, pattern detection, and strategic decision support while protecting employee privacy and trust.

• Partner with data science, technology, and product teams to evaluate AI-enabled listening capabilities and improve insight delivery.

• Deliver executive-ready narratives, recommendations, and decision support that clarify what matters and what to do next.

• Influence enterprise people strategies through evidence-based recommendations and thought leadership.

• 8+ years of experience in employee research, engagement, Workforce Intelligence, organizational effectiveness, or related work.
