Description
We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Enterprise Inside Sales & Business Development Specialist to join our Texas team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business pipeline, qualifying enterprise opportunities, and engaging key decision-makers across Fortune 1000 accounts in banking, insurance, healthcare, and telecom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound & Inbound Business Development: Identify, prospect, and engage C-level executives, IT Directors, and Enterprise Architects within targeted corporate accounts.
- Technical & Value-Based Discovery: Conduct initial discovery to identify business pain points in workflow automation, document management, and business process management (BPM).
- Opportunity Qualification: Apply enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC / BANT) to qualify leads before transitioning or co-selling with Field Account Executives.
- Account-Based Prospecting: Map decision-makers within large enterprises and run targeted LinkedIn, email, and call campaigns.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records, deal forecasts, and contact tracking in Papyrus/CRM.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, business development, or inside sales.
- Experience selling solutions in Business Process Management (BPM), CCM, ECM, Low-Code, or Enterprise Automation tools.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound lead generation and quota targets.
- Strong ability to discuss enterprise software architecture and ROI at a high level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Based in Texas with the ability to work locally in the Southlake office.
- US work permit is a requirement.
