- Lead safety initiatives and conduct regular safety inspections, ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations and implementing corrective actions to maintain a safe workplace
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for maintenance projects, renovations, and system upgrades
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and financial reporting while identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and client standards
- Coordinate space planning, moves, and renovation projects in partnership with project management teams
- Respond to emergency situations and implement business continuity plans to protect people and assets
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication, service reviews, and strategic consultation on facility-related initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for maintenance projects, renovations, and system upgrades
- Minimum 5 years of progressive facilities management experience in commercial real estate or corporate environments
- Demonstrated experience managing building operations, maintenance programs, and vendor relationships
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and building automation systems
