MARKETING CONTROLLER (100%)

Are you a driven finance professional with exceptional analytical acumen, a strong numbers-driven approach, finding joy in complex contracts, and robust mathematical skills, applied to financial analysis and business insights? We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Controller. In this role, you will partner closely with our Headquarters Marketing Team to drive planning, analysis, and overall decision support. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop controlling skills, contributing to financial excellence within a dynamic, international environment.

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

  • Strategically partner with the Marketing team to drive planning, in-depth analysis, and robust decision support, synthesizing complex data into sound business recommendations for executive leadership team, with a strong focus on strategic projects and high-value partnership contracts.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of accounting principles to provide insightful financial analytics and guarantee the compliant execution of all marketing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the CMO and the management team to provide essential financial analysis, define key metrics, and deliver insights and dashboards, with a strong focus on measuring and challenging the financial impact and ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Drive the development and implementation of advanced financial tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and depth of financial analysis and forecasting.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

  • Bachelor’s degree, federal diploma of higher education or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting or Business.
  • Ideally 2-5 years of profound experience in controlling, preferably in the luxury goods industry, with a proven track record of creating impactful financial analyses.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of accounting, finance, and operational principles.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools, and SAP is a significant plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data for diverse audiences and build strong business relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Highly analytical, results-oriented, and proactive personality with strong organizational, project management, and teamwork skills, thriving in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a significant plus.
