Position Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the RGM management team sponsors and Customer and Commercial team members to deliver reporting, ad hoc analyses, and data-driven insights that support business decision-making and profitability initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Market Unit teams to provide reporting tools and ad hoc analytics to support frontline execution and other business needs.
- Build, develop, and maintain source of truth data models in Snowflake and Power BI to align reporting across the business, provide linkage to other data sources, and support business user requests for data and analysis.
- Conduct descriptive and diagnostic analyses to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and execution insights across pricing, promotions, category management, customer performance, and market execution activities.
- Provide data validation, reporting support, analytical inputs, and business performance insights that enable planning, forecasting, and customer teams to make informed decisions.
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure integrity, consistency, and accuracy across RGM, Customer, and Commercial reporting environments.
- Partner with BI, AI, IT, and business stakeholders to validate, integrate, and enhance data sources used for performance reporting and decision support.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
