What You Will Do:
Support crossing, maintenance, and operational activities while applying established Land procedures and building foundational Land knowledge.
Maintain and coordinate land records, agreements, collaborator information, and document repositories.
Complete document management activities, including filing, retention, scanning, indexing, transfers, and disposition.
Prepare correspondence, notifications, reports, and support materials.
Conduct basic ownership, agreement, and stakeholder research to support land-related activities.
Identify, assess, and advance legal, regulatory, contentious, or other non-routine issues as appropriate.
Who You Are:
Related bachelor's degree, diploma or professional land certification.
Up to 2-years of related experience. For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years of related experience is required. For candidates who do not possess a technical diploma, an additional 2-years of related experience is required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to convey facts and information clearly.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel, and Geographic Information System (GIS).
Excellent interpersonal skills allow you to establish relationships at all levels and work effectively with various Enbridge groups.
Team-oriented outlook but can also work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
Frequently changing priorities and job requirements due to operational, project, stakeholder, regulatory, or time-sensitive land requirements.
Field-support environment and occasional (<5%) travel as needed for training, regional office visits, stakeholder meetings, land title/Crown work, service provider meetings, and site visits.

Salary:
Ranges from $62,800 – $85,000 CAD for Canadian locations (except Alberta) based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
