Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The primary purpose of the Process Excellence Financial Planning Coordinator (Project Management) is to act as the core execution engine for the standardization, and optimization of financial planning processes within the MCC hub. This role is responsible for the day-to-day process mapping, PMO tracking, and technical deployment of automation and reporting tools. Ultimately, the objective of this position is to eliminate operational redundancies and streamline process cycle times across the financial planning function, ensuring seamless reporting continuity and data integrity during transformation rollouts.
Your Impact
As Process Excellence Plan & Report Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Process Mapping & Opportunity Identification: Conduct detailed analysis of current-state financial planning workflows within the MCC hub. Map step-by-step processes to pinpoint operational bottlenecks, redundancies, and specific areas ripe for automation or standardization.
- Automation & Digital Tool Deployment: Support the end-to-end implementation of digital transformation initiatives. Take a hands-on role in deploying, testing, and maintaining automated workflows and analytics tools, ensuring high data integrity and alignment with global design guidelines.
- PMO Tracking & Portfolio Reporting: Own the day-to-day administrative maintenance of the team’s project management office (PMO) tracking engines. Consolidate milestone updates, track project health metrics, and prepare baseline progress reports for the L10 Manager.
- Cross-Hub Standardization Support: Collaborate directly with counterparts in the ICC (India) hub to ensure documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process models remain strictly aligned, enabling seamless best-practice sharing across both hubs.
- User Training & Change Management Support: Create user guides and standard documentation for newly deployed tools. Act as the first line of operational support for finance business partners during rollouts, troubleshooting baseline system issues to drive smooth change adoption.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Professional Experience: 2 to 4 years of solid experience in Process Excellence or Business Transformation within a matrixed or global corporate environment.
- Analytical & Process Mapping Skills: Strong capability to dissect complex workflows, understand financial data flows, and document step-by-step processes using tools like Aris, Microsoft Visio or standard process-mapping methodologies.
- Technical & Digital Acumen: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with data visualization, analytics, and automation tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel, or basic workflow automation engines) to drive reporting efficiencies.
- Financial Foundation: A clear baseline understanding of standard corporate finance cycles, including forecasting, budgeting (AOP), month-end closing, and basic financial metrics.
- Project Management Discipline: Solid organizational skills with experience working within standard PMO frameworks, maintaining project trackers, and managing multiple execution timelines effectively.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and English communication skills to collaborate smoothly with local MCC teams and international counterparts in the ICC hub.
- Detail-Oriented Analytical Rigor: The ability to dive deep into complex financial data sets and granular workflow steps to uncover hidden inefficiencies, ensuring that any automated or standardized process maintains absolute data integrity.
- Proactive Problem-Solving & Technical Agility: A self-driven aptitude for exploring new digital tools and technologies. The competence to independently troubleshoot baseline execution issues and system bugs during the deployment of automation or reporting engines.
- Structured & Organized Execution: High capability to manage multiple operational deliverables simultaneously, ensuring that PMO trackers, process documentation, and project milestones are kept meticulously updated under tight timelines.
- Collaborative Adaptability in a Matrix Environment: Cultural agility and open communication skills necessary to seamlessly interact with diverse teams across the MCC and ICC hubs, adapting quickly to evolving project scopes and global alignment standards.
