The Clinical Research Coordinator II coordinates clinical research studies and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while managing study operations.The Clinical Research Coordinator II
- Coordinates recruitment, screening, and enrollment of participants.
- Obtains informed consent and manages study documentation.
- Ensures compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collects, manages, and analyzes study data.
- Maintains study databases and regulatory documentation.
- Tracks adverse events and protocol deviations.
- Communicates with sponsors, IRBs, and research teams.
- Supports monitoring visits and audits.
What We Require:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required or 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of healthcare or research experience required.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: IATA required. Research certification preferred.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Compensation Range:
$44,948.80 - $62,920.00Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
