What you’ll be doing...
We use digital data as the fuel to propel us beyond our competition. As a Data Science Manager, you’ll lead high-impact engineering projects that architect, build, and deploy production-grade AI and Machine Learning systems—ranging from core predictive models to advanced Generative AI architectures and agentic workflows. You’ll be constantly on the lookout for new modelling techniques, emerging AI technologies, LLM optimisation techniques, and best practices so that we can stay ahead of the game. Your work will bridge the gap between data science and software engineering to create resilient, scalable AI capabilities that help us meet our customers’ needs and make it even easier for them to do business with us.
Developing predictive analytics and statistical ML models to extract actionable insights from Big Data ecosystems.
Designing, deploying, and scaling end-to-end AI applications and workflows.
Optimising and fine-tuning models, ensuring detailed validation, and high accuracy achievement.
Conducting and guiding others through system usage assessments.
Handling security threats, and growing the dependability and reliability of our network through tools and software.
What we’re looking for...
With an eye towards improving performance and predictability, you like the science of analytics. Developing resolutions to complex problems, using your sharp judgement to develop methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria allows you to deliver solutions that make a huge impact. You’re able to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, and you take pride in your ability to share your considerable knowledge with your peers.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
To be considered for this role, applicants must already hold a valid right to work in Ireland. We are currently unable to support employment permit sponsorship.
Experience as a data scientist, analyst, or statistical modeller.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Degree in business intelligence and analytics, computer science, or mathematics.
Master’s degree.
Experience with visualisation tools, like Looker.
Experience with Data Warehousing or SQL Coding, Google BigQuery.
Experience with programming languages, like Python and R.
Experience developing GenAI solutions and agentic systems.
Experience with LLM fine-tuning techniques.
