As a Senior Specialist, Dealer Success, your role will involve growing and fortifying our network of HVAC dealer partners in North Carolina. You will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, helping dealers improve their results, expand their companies, and deliver impressive outcomes for customers while supporting Enbridge's growth ambitions.

What You Will Do:
Build and maintain positive relationships with HVAC dealers, contractors, distributors, and key industry partners to drive engagement and long-term business growth.
Support the expansion and development of the dealer network by identifying recruitment opportunities and strengthening market coverage.
Monitor dealer performance, establish clear expectations and important metrics, and develop improvement plans that improve sales results and customer experience.
Lead dealer onboarding, training, and ongoing sales enablement initiatives passionate about products, financing solutions, operational excellence, and customer care.
Serve as a trusted contact and advisor to dealer partners, helping resolve blocking issues and uncover growth opportunities.
Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer insights, competitive trends, and dealer feedback to support business strategy and continuous improvement.
Represent Enbridge at industry events, dealer meetings, and customer engagements, helping strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
Who You Are:
University degree with over seven years of experience in the HVAC field or a related home services sector.
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC dealer operations, contractor networks, and sales processes.
Experience in dealer development, territory management, contractor relationship management, training, or channel sales.
Demonstrated ability to influence business owners and frontline sales teams while building positive relationships.
Experience developing and delivering sales, operational, or customer-focused training programs.
Strong business insight with the ability to balance relationship management, performance expectations, and revenue growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, collaborator engagement, and negotiation skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
Preferred:
Experience supporting financing, leasing, subscription, or other consumer home service programs.
Well-established connections in the HVAC market and contractor network.
Experience working with HVAC distributors, manufacturers, or channel partner organizations.
Knowledge of customer acquisition, dealer performance management, and sales enablement guidelines.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid work environment combining office-based and field-based activities.
Frequent travel within North Carolina and surrounding service areas to support dealer meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
Occasional evening or overnight travel may be required based on business needs.
Position requires regular interaction with external dealer partners, contractors, and industry collaborators.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
Salary:
Ranges from $114,800 - $145,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
