Labcorp is seeking an Associate Manager, Global Operations Support, to join our team in Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Work Schedule

40 hours a week (Monday to Friday) in a rotational shift

Job Responsibilities

The individual should possess knowledge of regulatory requirements, LabCorp CTTS business practices and processes, process improvement, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills are demonstrated, as well as being organized and having attention to detail. Support and expertise in providing and achieving regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction by educating, analyzing, and facilitating improvements.

Supervise day-to-day operations of the team members, including but not limited to:

• Ensure appropriate resource allocation to successfully implement and execute project plans to achieve agreed-upon service levels
• Manage workload balance within the team and participate in resource management across all global teams
• Ensure consistent implementation, use, and review of SOPs
• Coordinate and monitor progress to ensure achievement of project objectives
• Implement, monitor and report performance metrics and take corrective action when appropriate
• Initiate educational sessions with team members and others as needed
• Ensure consistency and implementation of global processes and procedures
• Conduct timely performance reviews and monthly meetings to provide feedback to employees
• Manage delivery KPIs and implementation and execution of initiatives defined by senior leadership
• Coach and mentor team members for implementation of Individual Development Plans
• Establish cross-functional mechanisms to increase communication, accountability, and understanding of deliverables globally/locally
• Manage overall workload distribution of team members (direct reports)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day project-related activities with team members
• Liaise with Global Stakeholders for on-time delivery
• Accountable for implementation, monitoring, and reporting of performance metrics and for taking corrective action when appropriate
• Accountable for overall review of the procedures to ensure feasibility, making appropriate recommendations and advice to the stakeholders/customer
• Ensure the seamless integration of the various teams (if applicable)
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality and productivity
• Monitor, track, manage and ensure resolution of all complaints, issues and concerns for assigned customers/stakeholders
• Ensure all customer/stakeholders expectations are documented and acted upon when appropriate
• Assist in communicating, measuring, and documenting adherence to standards for performance as set by the senior management
• Other duties as assigned 

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant industry experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
