1The job role which is part of our Supply Chain team will be primarily responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence and process compliance .The Engineer Planning & Development is a reliable source of information for key decision making and provides valuable insights into our performance metrics. Key responsibilities include tracking & monitoring performance against set manufacturing KPIs, compiling data for monthly business planning cycles & Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) planning. A key part of the job role would be to ensure compliance with internal controls and internal processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness. An added advantage would be the opportunity to be involved in Lean Six Sigma initiatives across our manufacturing operation.
