Description
Job Title: Property Sales Channel Coordinator
Department: Overseas & Sales Channel Development
Job Purpose:
The Property Sales Channel Coordinator (Overseas Channel) is responsible for managing department back-office coordination, cross-departmental communications, and supporting paperwork/documentation. The role requires coordinating sales activities, ensuring seamless communication between the company and global team members, providing localized support to team members based in other markets, and ensuring alignment with the company's sales objectives in international markets
Key Result Areas:
1. Overseas Channel Managers Support & Coordination:
- Support remote team members on the ground with cross-departmental communications, coordination, and system inputs/updates.
- Prepare, review, and audit internal documents and reports prior to submitting for Head of Department (HOD) approval.
- Collect, consolidate, and update team data and channel databases regularly.
2. International Process Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze sales data from channel managers.
- Prepare regular reports from the system.
- Collaborate with channel managers and the finance team on expense reports etc.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between departments to address overseas team needs and requests.
- Assist and monitor accurate records of sales activities, partner communications, and performance metrics in the company's CRM system.
Key Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Customer Service, or related functions
- Experience in real estate or hospitality
- Good Excel skills (Reporting)
- Able to communicate in English, Thai or other languages are preferred
- Basic knowledge of real estate, partnership
Skills & Abilities:
- Details oriented
- Cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
- English, Thai, proficiency in an additional language relevant to the target regions is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
