About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, assess their needs, and present customized bath remodeling solutions. Using our innovative sales technology, you'll design projects, provide pricing, and help customers confidently move forward with their renovation plans.

This is a commission-based sales position with significant earning potential, ideal for individuals who are driven, competitive, and passionate about helping customers improve their homes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Build customized bath remodeling solutions tailored to each homeowner's needs and budget.
• Utilize design software to create personalized project proposals.
• Provide pricing, explain financing options, and close sales.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement or remodeling industry experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners and asking for the sale.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the local market.
• Professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company.

Position Requirements

• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customer appointments.
• Must be comfortable conducting in-home consultations and assessments in residential environments.
• Ability to perform in-home consultations and inspections safely and professionally.
