Location: Brackmills, Northamptonshire
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday – Fixed Shifts
Shift Options: 22:00–06:00
Pay Rate: £15.56 per hour

The Opportunity

ACS Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for LLOP Operatives to join a well-established warehouse operation based in Brackmills, Northamptonshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking to secure a long-term, Monday-to-Friday position within a professional and supportive working environment.

Previous experience operating LLOP or PPT equipment would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

As an LLOP / PPT Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating LLOP and PPT equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Completing all required pre-use equipment and safety checks before operating machinery.
• Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently to meet customer requirements.
• Following pick sheets and warehouse instructions to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Working efficiently to achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Following all company policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of the operation.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

• Previous LLOP / PPT experience is desirable, although full training will be provided.
• A good understanding of the importance of health and safety within a warehouse environment.
• The ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A positive, professional and reliable approach to work.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to hit the ground running.
