Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
Key Responsibilities
- Use of ERP create master schedule sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders to their assigned production department;
- Monitor the production process and determine status of assigned schedules;
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Effect changes to production schedule to ensure that production deadlines are met
- Prepares production reports;
- Ensures customer demands are satisfied while avoiding premium shipments;
- Communicates inefficiencies and/or bottlenecks to the appropriate Manager or Supervisor;
- Ensures that all company policies are maintained; General Points
- Ensure that all environmental requirements are identified and addressed when performing duties.
- Ensure that all safety requirements are being carried out when performing duties.
- Comply with defined Business Management and Environmental Management Systems requirements.
- Provide support for the continuous improvement initiatives within Techform.
- Provide support in the attainment of Techform's operating system goals as outlined by the key graphs.
- Carry out all duties focusing on the goal of internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or designate.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma and/or equivalent college or university education
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office application, Excel is a must
- Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) would be advantageous
