Project Role Description : Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. The role includes creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the seamless migration and deployment of data across various systems. Attention to data quality and the implementation of extract, transform, and load processes are key activities that enable smooth data flow and accessibility for downstream applications and analytics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support data infrastructure needs is also an integral part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and optimize data pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Document data processes and workflows to maintain clarity and support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members in understanding project requirements and technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Kafka.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with data storage systems and data processing frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data flow and pipeline issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and real-time data streaming concepts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Apache Kafka.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
